The current Legal Hub shows our current standard framework. The terms applicable to a specific Client may be the version incorporated into its Order, together with negotiated variations. The public page does not itself prove which version governed a historic transaction.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability, malware originating outside our reasonable control or third-party links.

8. Governing law
